Our General Manager, Mr. Göksal Güngör, has been elected as the global president of the Global Aluminum Foil Roller Initiative (GLAFRI), a global association providing global foil market information to members and coordinating actions on sustainability in order to support foil market growth and promote innovative foil developments.
Upon his appointment, Mr Güngör thanked his predecessor for his excellent past service and said, “I am very honoured to take over the role as the next President of GLAFRI and look forward to supporting and contributing to its important initiatives to support foil market growth worldwide.”
GLAFRI represents approximately 50 percent of the global foil market, with 60 foil roller members worldwide, operating out of 25 different countries. Güngör was serving as one of the Vice Presidents prior to this new assignment.
