Training Management System

Training Planning :

Our training activities are based on three main sources; Training Needs Analysis, Performance Management System Outputs and Extra Budgetary Demands that arise during the year. After all our resources are evaluated, an annual training plan and training catalog are prepared and announced to all employees via the Human Resources System.

Orientation :

Our new recruits are first presented with our company film and company presentations. They are then given detailed information about the department and company they will work in through more comprehensive trainings and presentations.

Department / In-house Technical Training :

These are the trainings provided for both new and existing employees within the framework of the activities and job descriptions of other departments.

Professional Company Training :

Budgeted personal development and vocational technical trainings that we have identified in line with the competencies of our employees and the work they do. These are organized by our Human Resources department.
